Amy
Amy joined the team at P+B in 2024 after spending 8 years at ICAS (Institute of Chartered Accountants) of Scotland, where she worked her way up to lead the Partnerships team.
Amy plays a pivotal role in shaping the end-to-end Client Experience at P+B. She is passionate about building warm, strategic relationships and ensuring every interaction with our clients feels considered and supportive.
She thrives as part of a high-performing team and is naturally motivated by helping others succeed. For Amy, great service is not about individual moments, but about consistency, trust and doing the right thing, every time.
Outside of work, Amy’s time is centred around her two girls. She likes going to the beach (no matter the weather) and trying to beat her 5k run time. Amy and her husband have also travelled across the vast continent of South America, which was good practice for trying to commute to Edinburgh in the morning.
