Katy very quickly proved herself to be calm under pressure and someone the team could truly rely on. From complex vehicle issues to sensitive client conversations, she handled every challenge with maturity and professionalism.

In the summer of 2026, Katy took the next step in her career, joining our Relationship Management team to support both new and existing clients with their next vehicle.

Her motivation for good communication comes from her love of languages. Katy studied Spanish and Portuguese at university, and has even lived in Brazil for a short period!

In her free time, Katy loves football and Formula 1. She’s a big fan of Manchester City, and attends every game she can. If she’s not in the stadium, she’s shouting at the TV.
