Vehicle Professionals Ltd Trading as Pike+Bambridge is a credit broker, not lender.
We are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). The FCA requires us to to provide you with this Initial Disclosure Document to help you decide if our services are right for you.
Whose products do we offer?We act as a non-independent credit broker for a limited number of finance lenders and can introduce you to a limited number of finance products to assist with your vehicle purchase. The finance products we are limited to are detailed below:-
• Hire Purchase, Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) • Conditional Sale and Lease Purchase • Business & Personal Contract Hire • Personal Lease and Finance Lease • Fully Insured Lease/Hire Vehicles
Occasionally, we may need to use the services of a third party credit broker. We will advise you of this if applicable.
Which service will we provide you with?We will advise and make a recommendation for you after we have assessed your needs for:
• Credit Agreements Hire Purchase, PCP, Business & Personal Contract Hire, Conditional Sale.
Lease Purchase, Personal Lease and Finance Lease.
• Optional Regulated Insurance Products SMART Protect - AutoProtect • Non – Regulated Products Paint & Fabric Protection, Vehicle Trackers.
What will you have to pay us for our Finance and/or Insurance Services?
In some situations we will charge a processing fee direct to the customer to cover the cost of our services and represents the cost incurred for arranging the sale. If a fee is applicable you will be advised of the amount and when it is due before you sign your order. The order fee is refundable in line with our Terms & Conditions.
You will receive a quotation which will tell you about the costs of each of the products and any other fees relating to any particular credit agreement or insurance policy. Please note that we may receive payment(s) or other benefits from the finance provider if you decide to enter into an agreement with them. This is reflected in the monthly lease rate that you pay for your vehicle. The amount of commission received may vary depending on the funder selected, the terms of the funding and other criteria, such as achieving high levels of customer service. Some funders may also pay us an additional commission based on business volumes.
Our total commission is set based on the level of service we provide and is not influenced by the choice of Finance Provider, Supplying Dealer, or the value of the vehicle. The commission level that we set is inclusive of all payments received from funders including any additional commission based on business volumes.

We may also charge a fee for cancellation our brokering services as set out in our Terms and Conditions. This does not affect your right to cancel your finance agreement within any cooling off period.
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, regulated customers have the right to cancel, without penalty, within 14 calendar days from signing the order form.

Data Protection.We use information about you to process your order, supply or manage your product / service and for marketing. We may share your information with finance and insurance companies, credit reference agencies and other companies for use in credit and insurance decisions, for fraud prevention and to pursue debtors. In connection with vehicle purchases, we may also share your information with the manufacturer, warranty provider or DVLA for ownership, warranty, service and safety related matters. We would like to send you information about our own products and services by post, telephone, email and SMS and to share your information with our selected business partners so that they may send you information about their products and services by post, telephone, email and SMS.
