Northridge are now launching some form of support around payment holidays and based on individual merit. The only customers definitely receiving one month payment holiday (then reviewed on month by month basis) are self-employed.

If you are experiencing difficulties in meeting the repayments on your agreement because of COVID-19 issues, one of the things you may want to consider is a payment break. Northridge have developed a simple online form to request this without having to call them. This can be accessed again through the link above.
