Ailsa Johnston

Ailsa joined P+B in 2022, having managed major accounts in Edinburgh, London and New York for Pernod Ricard, developing longstanding relationships with premium accounts looking to add value to their offering.

Ailsa joined us in 2022 to lead our Salary Sacrifice and Partners' Car Scheme development, working with organisations to help retain their best people, save them money, and make a positive impact on the planet.

Originally from bonnie Scotland, Ailsa began her career working in film and media in London, before moving into the lifestyle sector.  She has worked all over the world, working with some amazing brands, from Perrier-Houet, to Jamesons and across the Middle East, London and onto New York, working with the world’s best bars, restaurants and hotels for Luxury FMCG.

A common theme throughout is the delivery of a premium service, and fantastic client care, and we like to think Ailsa brings this to our Scheme partners amongst HR professionals and Senior Management teams.

In P+B, we complete 360 feedback every quarter for the whole team, and recent quarters have seen her peers best describe her as 'empathetic and warm', a 'ray of light and energy' and bringing 'a wealth of happiness and joy'. 

Ailsa is based out of our Edinburgh office, but regularly working with clients across the UK and operating from our London hub.
