Michael Eardley

Michael joined the Schemes team at P+B in the summer of 2025 as a Relationship Manager, helping our EV Salary Sacrifice employees make the switch to electric with confidence, and a little extra money in their pocket. 

Originally from South London, Michael has lived in Hamburg, London, Austin (Texas), and now Edinburgh. His career began on the football pitch, not as a player, but as a coach, spanning more than a decade across youth academies, men’s, and women’s football. Highlights include reaching the English Women’s FA Cup 5th round, coaching at the Emirates against Arsenal, and seeing one of his youth players sign for Crystal Palace’s men’s team.

Away from football, Michael’s love of travel has taken him across Europe, eastern South America, and even Antarctica, with stops to sample craft beer in Patagonia, the Falkland Islands, and closer to home while working at two London breweries. Before joining P+B, he spent 18 months in business development at Gofor, an Edinburgh-based vehicle leasing broker.
